Day 34- Floors and Ceilings

Bridget spent the morning and part of the afternoon at the house.  Unfortunately, Kidney Stones attacked (not as bad as before) and the Dr's office wanted to run some tests to make sure there was no infection.  Now she's on a round of antibiotics and will be back to normal soon!  We also received some bad news on the corner toilet front.  The toilet has been discontinued by Home Depot and is pretty much impossible to find anywhere else.  Now they tell us the discontinued toilet is on backorder...so who knows when we will see it :-/.

Bridget spread more adhesive for the floor tiles.  Things are going quicker and easier now.

While the glue was setting Bridget worked on cleaning the windows on the 1st Floor.  It's amazing how dirty they were and how much crayon was drawn on them.

The Laundry Room is coming together nicely!  Probably about halfway done at this point.

Bridget only made one mistake so far when cutting the tiles.  Trying to figure out which way to cut the back corner tile.  Luckily she caught it before sticking the tile down because they are not repositionable like the directions say!  The outer wall so far has been the easiest because it is actually straight!

Andrew finished the last 2 spots that had glue ready, since Bridget had to abandon her job.   Bridget spent the evening relaxing at the apartment, drinking a ton of Gatorade and water, and talking to Beth!

Done for today.

Andrew sanded the ceiling in the 1st Floor Bathroom.

Andrew had to add some more mud to the ceiling of the 1st Floor Bathroom.  Hopefully that will be enough and we can start painting the room.
